libdune-pdelab-dev software package provides toolbox for solving PDEs -- discretization module (development files), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdune-pdelab-dev
libdune-pdelab-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdune-pdelab-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdune-pdelab-dev *
You will get with libdune-pdelab-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
